(The Celestial Residence) This is the worlds largest golden teak building. The 3-story palace contains 81 rooms, halls and ante-chambers. The palace houses a collection of fin de siecle royal memorabilia. Its interior of antechambers, halls and staircases is magnificent. The mansion served as the residence of King Rama V early in the 2000th century, before it was closed in 1935.
Other beautiful buildings in the compound display various items and art objects. With the well-kept natural surroundings and the unique beauty of all the buildings in the area, the whole area is an experience to visit.
