Located on soi Lang Suan, this Italian restaurant offers a décor way beyond the red and white table cloth. You enter a cavernous dining room with multiple decorative influences including gothic, art deco, modern and with a touch of Asian. Here, a central fountain adds the final touch while the seating is set in a way that always allow you to feel you have your own area.
The food served however is authentic Italian with great pasta dishes, pizzas and more ensuring a feast for your taste buds. Accompanying the meal is music from the live band playing Italian and international lounge classics. This is a good restaurant for a fun dinner with friends but also works well as a romantic spots. Additionally, it is never boring. Great deserts here include fruit berry crepes served with zabaglione ice cream or the warm chocolate cake with yoghurt cherry ice cream – mouth watering.
MaBeBa offers an extensive wine list with a good selection in all price ranges. The wines are mainly from Italy with some other complementing well especially in the mid range. Even without the wine, expect dinner to approach 2.600 baht for two without problems.
