Smooth, modern steakhouse that is well complemented by additional Big Apple touches. It basically offers a modern steakhouse dining in the elegant surroundings of the JW Marriott on Sukumvit soi 2. This place is often packed so if possible book ahead.
The New York Steakhouse is primarily a steakhouse and it is of course here the focus of the menu is. All are from grain-fed chilled (as opposed to frozen) Australian beef, thus ensuring the best possible quality. They are available in numerous cuts including fillet mignon, , T-bone, New York striploin, rib-eye and porterhouse. The quality of the steaks here is nothing short of excellent and they are cooked to perfection according to your wishes. The steaks comes with optional side orders.
The New York Steakhouse also serves an excellent selection of seafood, including lobsters, scrimps and the New York sounding Oyster Rockefeller, as well as nice side dishes and starters. For desert, there are delicious cakes and pies on offer.
There is an extensive wine list on offer with prices ranging from around 1.400 baht up to more than 40.000 for a bottle.
Prices for their excellent offerings are also in the upper layers, with dinner for two easily costing around 4.000 baht excluding drinks.

As the New York Steakhouse is often full, you might have to look around for an alternative place to enjoy you steak, though New York Steakhouse is hard to compete with. Possible alternatives include Neil's Tavern, the oldest steakhouse in town located in soi Ruanrumdee, offers excellent steaks in a classic steakhouse atmosphere. Madison at the four seasons offers a more contemporary –sleek interior and great food. Or you can combine your great steak with a breath taking view at the Rib Room and Bar on the 31st floor of the Landmark hotel, conveniently located just around the corner.
