| This chic and classy venue at Thong Lor soi 9 offers a separate bar area along with a dining room and some large private rooms, all set in a minimal décor. The interior is a modern mix of wood and stone, set with brown and cream colored furnishing, allowing for a truly inspired interior – a good place to impress your date. Harvey’s serves inspired California cuisine, made from the freshest ingredients. It is delicious, innovative and provide a fine alternative to both French and Italian eateries that dot the landscape of Bangkok in large numbers. Harvey’s has an extension of wines, mainly at reasonable prices, coming from a large walk-in wine cellar. Harvey’s is open 11.30 am – 2.30 pm for lunch and 6 pm – 11 pm for dinner. Dinner will easily set you back 2.000 baht excluding wine. Alternatives to Harvey’s depends on what you are looking for. For a fine dining alternative try next door La Villa / Club Nove Wine Lounge or Fuzio on Ekamai, both serving Italian cuisine. For equally chic, though more relaxed, dining and lounging, you could make a trip to To Die For. Or travel a bit more across town for a dinner at Bacchus. | |
